This offer is valid for our new and existing end user customers only. Product warranty should not be expired for further extension

The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of ANY proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase, dealer’s name, model and serial no. of the product.

ABM reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.

Warranty repairs must be carried out by a ABM Authorized Service Centre (ABM SERVICES) only.

Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service center.

ABM shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.

No warranty shall apply to any Product that has been subject to misuse, improper testing, assembly, mishandling or which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation, maintenance or operation, or contrary to industry standards.

 

 ABM Standard Product wise Warranty

Printers and Scanners Warranty

  • One-year comprehensive warranty parts and services.
  • Parts not covered:  Epson consumables ( For Printers) and  scanning Units (For Scanners only) do not carry warranty.

 

Projectors Warranty

    • Two-year comprehensive warranty parts and services except Lamp units.

 

Lamp Warranty

  • 600 hours / 1 Year which ever comes first
